If you are in a shared environment , that is if you have hosted your site on a reseller or shared server then you will need to request them to create the backup of the data for you later you can restore it on your account.

Can't you access your site via an FTP IP to get your web files?

    Hello

you will need to use Prepropagation support.

For HELM3 this will be an application pack, for Helm4 its on website settings.
