Really hard to tell what those images are showing...can you possibly clean them up and make them lots smaller?

I had no issue with the images, and neither did any of the hundred people I linked them too on my buddy list, tho I will clean them up and make them smaller, just for you.

FF 2.0 auto-shrinks them for me. Certainly a fun idea

Thats bad-***. Water is a funny thing isnt it?

I bet it was a pain for them to build that.

bear: I'm quite sure it's a water-filled tube/pipeline connecting the two fishtanks, allowing the fish to swim across between the two tanks. I agree on the filesize and blurriness though; 1.8MB for an image is quite big.

Cool stuff though; can't say I've ever seen this done before, and the tube in the second link you posted is quite impressive. Should make for some happy fish

Pretty slick. One of the Aquarium magazines documented a similar project several years back. The guy used clear pvc to build a tubeway across to rooms. I thought about building a tube only tank that goes around the upper walls of a room.

I've been keeping a 125 gallon tank for quite some time and never had to clean any of the glass (the gavel of course is a different matter). 12" long pleco (sucker fish) and a nice balance of fish keeps the algae way down.

I'd put a hamster wheel in the tank and tell everybody that they're not really fish, this is what happens when you microwave with the door open.
