Where to hire freelancers?
I used to know of a good site where you could post jobs for freelancers but I lost my bookmarks.
Can anybody recommend a good site to post jobs for freelancers?

Indeed, WHT is a fantastic place to find some good dedicated freelancers. Past that, there's GetAFreelancer, which is pretty common.

You can always pick them up from your local hangout corner.
Seriously, did you even bother using a search engine before posting?

My best suggestion as well is if you're going to use them for more than just a few small projects, look at pulling them in directly instead of through an outsourcing firm.

WHT is a good place. I have had good luck with rentacoder while I scriptlance has not gone well. I have received samples and portfolios that include ripped Template Monster design are nulled code.
