Why does Godaddy.com say NO QUANTITY LIMIT on $1.99 domains

I just purchased a hosting plan with two domains today and for some reason it only gave me $1.99 one. Their website says NO QUANTITY Limit for $1.99 domains with a non-domain purchase but they don't honor that.

If you read into that correctly what I would get from their explanation/wording is that you need a non-domain purchase for each $1.99 domain you select.

    Hi!
True. I was always under the false assuption godaddy made money on the addons..therefore offsetting the hit they took on domain deals like this. Not so. The IPO start ended that..they do nothing but lose money.

Still...I can't say I'm not unhappy with them.

It says clearly if you click on the add:

" ... Products must be new to the customer (not currently owned) to qualify. One 1 yr $1.99* .com, .us, .biz, .info, .name, .net, or .org domain per each qualifying product; new, transfer or renewal ... "
