    Support system which auto escalate tickets to next level

    Is there any support system which can auto escalate tickets to next level if ticket is responded in specific given time?
    For eg if ticket not answered in 3 hour it move to level2 . If level2 don't answer in 2 hour it move to level3.

    i think you can create a CRON job to do that for ya
