I am looking for a partner to help establish a web ring.

We'll be establishing the following websites:
1. Free cPanel Web Host
2. Free File Host
3. Directory
4. Incentive/Reward Website

We can do this one of two ways, either I will take care of all the costs (hosting, domain, scripts) with a 35/65 profit share or we split the cost of everything and split 50/50. My partner should be decent in advertising and have knowledge of web hosting w/ WHM/cPanel. If you are interested please email me
