vpsbyte. Is any one using them?

I have been trying to get intouch with them for the last 2 days to sell me a hosting solution but I have not heard back from them?

If you use vpsbyte please let me know if this is common or not. Thanks.

Hmm I've never used them myself, but waiting over 2 days for sales enquiries isn't generally a good thing, it could be seen as a reflection of their support response time.

Well, it could mean emails are ending up in their spam folder, sometimes this happens. I personally have over 500 spam emails a month and it can take a few days to sort through them and find lost emails.

Have you tried using the live chat on their site or maybe calling them?

    Sincerely,

I tried calling vpsbyte no less than 10 times in the last 2 days.

What are your thoughts on zone.net or mosso? Thanks

Well, Mosso is reseller hosting, not a VPS, so you don't have the full control you would like a VPS. You can read up on reviews about Zone.net here, there should be a good amount, overall I read good things about them.

Are you looking for a clustered hosting solution, reseller hosting, or just a normal VPS?
