Does ClickChatSold require the JVM be installed on the user machine? That might make me not buy it. I ask because when I clicked on trial account it said I needed to download the JVM. But they do have a spiffy site setup

We use the full featured version of HumanClick - expensive, but it's great - we wouldn't go without it.

I could've sworn I've downloaded a script that did the same thing (with much less features) from hotscripts.com, but I can't seem to find it now.

I downloaded that script too and it's really no good.
There is one pretty good script called ThinkSupport ( ). There is a better version comming out soon.

I should probably contact their sales instead of asking you this, but how much are they charging nowadays for 2-3 simultaneous chats?

    Hello,

http://www.liveperson.com is excellent. It's US$ 99.00 per month however you are able to monitor everyone who visits your site, which pages, how long, and even you can pop up a window and write them if they are looking for something that you can help them or if they have any question. Its very useful and of course boost your sales, if you know how to work with it.

There you are unlimited concurrent chats on humanclick express. I believe it is single operator though
