Xen VPS owner can add IPs

There is no GUI in HyperVM, but I can add as many IP as I want in ssh. Is there anyway to prevent that?

Just configure Xen in routed mode and then route the IP's to the vif devices that correspond to the virtual machine that are allowed to use them.
