    "Server Cannot be found"

Hello, lately ive had clients tell me that they frequently fail to access their websites, they get a message that the server cannot be found or some message that the browser has failed to connect to the server,..this problem is actually escalating, im so low with my server knowledge, but what could the problem be? too many websites on the server?(thinking maybe?) or something to do with the server provider (The planet) what. Most of the time, i can access the website when they call me to complain about this.
Thank you for any advice, or any thing i should cross check

Sounds like a dns problem. Have you verified the zone data file?

Hire someone if you don't know what you're doing.

leave the noc techs alone, hire a guy who will work on issues for you.

no server management companies either, i don't trust them, don't think they really pay the kind of attention that a single person could.

Is posssible that is not just a DNS issue I recommend hiring a 3rd party to investigate for you or get a managed service provider. This should be an easy fix.
