    InvisionGaming - BEWARE!!

    On January the 19th I purchased a hosting package from InvisionGaming and immediately got an email stating that I would receive the details within 24 hours.

    After the 24 hours were up, I still received no email. I then went on their website and filed a support ticket with #1 priority. That was more than a day ago.
    It has been MORE than two days now, and I still didn't get any email, so I then filed a complaint on PayPal.

    Beware of these guys... they are completely unprofessional and they SUCK...
    They don't even have a phone number on their website. They just have a junk ticket system that they never answer!

    I am sorry to hear about your current issues with them. Have you tried doing a chargeback or opening a paypal dispute?

    I know InvisionGaming's staff members for several years and they are quite responsible and trustworthy on dealing issues. I really believe there must be some serious reason of this delay, so I'd suggest to give it some time and try to contact them again.

    Additionally, phone support lack isn't necessarily bad, lots of companies don't offer phone support but still offer 24/7 support through tickets which helps tracking and prioritizing issues appropriately.

    As of right now, I don't even want them as my host anymore.

    Maybe something is going on, I'd definitely check it out. If they have a good reputation around here, then they must be legit.

    Ok, so my support ticket has now been active for: 2 days 19 hrs 24 mins

    I'd doubt I'll even get a response!

    Why do then opt for such hosting companies when you know before hand that they are not professionals??

    Try to search in WHT , make a better look on their content , google and ask some reviews before trying. Its just wasting time and energy into hosts like this.

    We recently discovered that our ShoutCast iPanel's were having problem's starting. We have resolved the issue and all iPanels should be 100% functional.

    i've used their shells before, not that bad.

    just find kyle on aim/msn/irc somehow, and everything will be solved within seconds. (that's the hard part)
