New Customers is Hosted else where.. E-Mail problem..
Hi
What are the steps to transfer a New Customers who is is Hosted elsewhere to your reseller account so they can keep their E-Mail.

Are they looking to keep their email with the original provider and just use you for web ?

I think control panel on both side should be same if they are not then his can't happen .. If yes then take a backup of the account and upload it or ask your provider they might help you in this
