Signed up with these guys a couple of days ago in response to their latest VPS sale post (since removed by the Mods!).
Bad experience all round with support unable to setup Reverse DNS and sort out a Webmail login error. On top of that they allegedly had a 12-hour power cut and were unable to deal with any support issues in this time and had billing issues so they couldn't deal with those either!
Maybe just a young company with setting-up problems (or even single person judging by the same spelling howlers!) but they obviously have much to do before they can be trusted with important material.
Refund? No apparantly they felt that everything was fine so it's not applicable.

We have many very happy customers using our services. We had a brief power problem at the offices that was quickly delt with and plans were made to prevent this in the future by ordeing some power generators.
Your server did not experience any downtime, you opened a support ticket regards dns issues that would have been responded to very quickly had a cancel request not been opened - we then emailed you to confirm this.
We were more than willing to apply a credit to your account for the short lapse in support that was now fully resolved 2 days ago. As you must be well aware our support response times are very good (5 - 20 minutes usually) and this was just a small problem we hit and resolved quickly.
I am sorry that you are unhappy with our services however at no time was your virtual server unavailable - you requested general support assistance to help with your dns problems. Im sure many of our customers can vouch for us about our services and how we go above board to help with any problem a customer has - being a fully managed provider.
1) Support, i.e. you, didn't know how to fix the DNS or Webmail issues and they were never fixed.
2) If you cannot support your customers despite a power cut then you should not be offering your services.
3) No matter now I've signed up with a reliable provider.
