    how to block a transfer

    How I can block transfer of an account from my VPS. I have Cpanel installed.

    I don;t want to change user pass of account.

    If they has the cpanel password, they can log in via ftp and download all the file and download any MySQL databases.

    The only way I can think of is to use cPanel feature manager to lock down access to backups and phpMyAdmin. You'd probably also need to do some SSH work like taking it off the standard port etc to make WHM transfers harder
