    Oh Dear, DDoS

So I was talking to this dude earlier today about Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, and EA licenses... he said that his company could sell so many TeamSpeak slots without a license so I asked my friend at MyInternetServices.com (because I thought he actually might be able to sell them so many slots). Anywho, I ask my friend and he says that you can only give away up to 200 slots if you are a not-for-profit organization... which this guy says hes from TrueFPS so it's not not-for-profit.

So I let this guy know that my friend said it was against TeamSpeak's policy. Now I'm being nice because you know I don't want to make him angry or anything I just wanted to tell him... I'm gonna post a screenshot of it on here - he said something about you already reported me... no, I didn't, yet.

No, I'm not trying to put any business down or anything of the sort. I am just showing you my experience with the guy. He thinks because he is in the Army that he has the right to talk to people (me) like that...

I personally think this guy fell on his head in basic training or something...

The funniest thing about all of this is that Erik runs TrueFPS.com. Man... I wonder how he gets customers when he talks to everyone, as he stated, like that.

I remember when I ventured into the game hosting biz, I had to setup licensing with team speak so that I could resell it.

Tried to resell ventrilo as well, but they suck...lol

Looking at your irc screen capture, the sad point is not the use of "DDOS" word as a threat, but the use of the other "N" word there ... And this is from the army guy ... oh boy. If only the person can be reported to his line of commands ...

If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.

he seems to have seriously pissed someone off.

his channel recently got taken over, and spambots are harassing it endlessly.

his nick is juped on gamesurge, and anyone messaging the jupe gets about 30 lines worth of cursing followed by racism and how useless they are.

You can give teamspeaks away in relatively large quantities if you have a NPO license with Tritonica (good luck getting one).

He hasn't even graduated high school yet, meaning he hasn't gone through bootcamp. Im sick of these little scrubs who think they're in the military just because they got sworn in, talk to me when you get out of training and then you can say your in the military.

I am not in the military, but in a military family and I heard of lot of this **** from cousins and so on.

Eh, they're all script kiddies none the less. Somebody who runs their mouth but does not have the resources to back up their talk. In the end, somebody gets tired of the same old rant and turfs them into the wall.

he tried to packet the hostname I was IRCing from.

3mbit/s from one ip does a lot of damage.

Well, i must add to this topic.

I have known Erik, and Jimmy (owner of TrueFPS) for a long while. I do alot of core work for them on there machines.

All i have to say is that one day erik will learn he is going to play with the wrong person at the wrong time, especially someone like me with certs in A+ and a degree in network administration. Its been a good 4 years and he hasnt made the mistake yet

truefps.com looks like it's hosted on a VPS.

and it includes "free ebony porn" and "free sex porn" in its meta keywords.

so? im hosted on a higher end vps. and the only reason i went with it was because of the space/bandwidth of it. along with the insane support time of the company. and im actually considering moving to a dedicated.

That's something everyone needs to know. He is hosted at VPSLand. Anyone with brains would know not to run a game server on a VPS. What is this guy trying to do? lol.

the BEST thing about this whole or deal, is IM the one that fixes your situations all the time, and yes i understand that i make you buy me $30 worth of dominos a week on your cc, but as much work i do for you.. with the certs i currently have and the degree im working for- i should be a millionare by now, just from working with you.

well i run servers on dedicated's, but i offer "dedicated" game hosting where you buy usage instead of slots in which i put on a vps. runs with no issue. of coursde only 1 person to each vps though.

He also got this idea from be, as i will add in.

BUT when i obtained the idea and broght it into action, i used OpenVZ on a xeon box as things were under control. Doing this threw 3rd party hosts, you never know what will happen with your resources. Read any VPS hosts ToS.

Ok, jeff. Lets get into this in the public. Which will require me to hit that nice little BLOCK button on MSN. I will un block you 2 months later and laugh in your face for optical-hosting going down the tubes. me and the whole world know that im the balls of your damn company, so dont play your little game.

On my part im going to stick up for jimmy, and TrueFPS.

This whole DDoS situation has no reason to bring either one of them into this problem, it has nothing to do with it. Yes, Erik is a dip **** for doing what he does. and we will all laugh when he kicks off his little fire team for pulling these little stunts. For people that like TrueFPS, continue to host threw them.

Jeff, shut the hell up and make yourself a new topic somewhere no one will see it, because no one cares.
