    Help bout script

    I heard of script which checks if httpd , mysql , named etc servies are down and make them up...
    it keeps chechking all services after 5 mins

    anyone got it?

    If you are using cPanel then it provides a service named "chkservd" that if configured checks for the status of services and restarts if the service goes down. It also send a notification email that when the service was restarted.

    You can also check out SIM (http://r-fx.org/sim.php) that will perform the same function.
