I want to move to a host who provides end user support, I've read mixed reviews on a few and I am undecided. My friend is with one place that offers end user support, but they have not replied to my emails so I am not going to go with them.

Looking to spend less than $25 a month and I need 3GB of space, not sure on bandwidth. I have cpanel now so I suppose I have to stick with cpanel to get my web sites moved without a problem.

I welcome any suggestions and recommendations. I'd like to move soon.

Are you looking for shared or reseller hosting? If you are looking for reseller hosting, I think innohosting and resellerzoom does provide end user support to your clients.

You can't really get shared hosting with end user support

I suggest you have a look at InnoHosting.com

They too offer end user support and if am not wrong they do have an helpdesk also.

With ResellerZoom you have to pipe your support emails to RZ support staff to get end user support, unfortunately this makes it very difficult to keep track of tickets and to find out what problems your customers are having.

With InnoHosting (I haven't used the Helpdesk myself though) you can view the responses that IH support staff are giving your customers, which overall makes for a better management experience.

Also RZ only offer end-user technical support, IH I believe offer end-user sales support too...

They indeed have a helpdesk - you could drop sales an email for more info.

I have not used their end user support, but I can see in their forums that resellers can login into their helpdesk and view/reply the tickets if they like. They have also some posts how to possibly integrate your system with theirs (from other clients).

Are you talking about RZ there? I thought they simply piped in emails instead rather than provide a helpdesk?

That is indeed correct. We do supply a helpdesk software which was developed in-house by ourselves

A few months ago they rolled out the feature so the resellers can login into their system.

Helpdesk login for resellers w/ end user support is available NOW. You can login to our helpdesk with your own login and view and/or reply to your customers support inquiries and much more.

There aren't a lot of choices for end user support. I've narrowed down to two, but I can't decide.
Are there any other hosting providers who provide end user support in addition to the ones mentioned here?
