I signed up with them a few nights ago and I have been trying to get a simple wordpress blog up and running but I keep getting 500 internal server error. I try re-installing WP manually and with the 1 click, but I still have the same problem.
Now I'm trying to get on with customer service to fix the problem after realizing that it is probably a backend issue and the CS rep didn't know what the hell she was doing. Eventually after finally getting her to spell my domain correctly she tells me that I have to escalate the problem and that they will get back to me. Currently I am talking to billing and after threatening to cancel my account (30 return policy) they are trying to solve the problem.
I'll keep you guys posted.
If this goes south, maybe you guys could help me find a decent host that can install WP properly, lol. Just a basic music blog with MP3's hosted on the site itself and I am also branching out to Podcasting, but I might find a different host for that, but I'm not really sure.
