    Checking /dev/sdb....

ATA Error Count: 213 (device log contains only the most recent five errors)
    Error 213 occurred at disk power-on lifetime: 7 hours (0 days + 7 hours)
    Error 212 occurred at disk power-on lifetime: 7 hours (0 days + 7 hours)

These are various disk errors. You should replace this drive.

Be sure to retest the drive several times to ensure that these errors stay consistent, before replacing the drive though.

It seems that your secondary drive is failing, have it umount and do a fsck and retest the drive.

Before you do that, please do backup of your data first

    Can you do:

    smartctl --health /dev/sdb

Also, if these are on a raid array, is there a battery backup unit on the controller?

Hi. Hard drive 1 is the main HD, (OS, USER ACCOUNTS ETC), HD2 is the problem HD, This just stores backups. Problem is that they are only 6 months old.
