    * How to get money back from registerfly?

I've tried to contact them but no one response. I have around $10 left on my account. Does anyone know their number so I can call them?

    Thanks

If they officially went under, and its not past 90 days I would recommend doing a chargeback.

Otherwise if its more then that. GoodLuck.

Lucky for you it's only $10.00

Are they refundable as per the terms of the provider?

and its not past 90 days
A chargeback may be done even after more than 90 days, depending on various factors. I'd discuss the situation with the bank.

In some cases some places don't allow returned credit. RF was a very bad choice in domain provider..

Spend money for the domain name registration or for other services you can to transfer and transfer service to other provider.
In this case money won't be lost at least.

Every support ticket has been closed. Should I call my cc provider and ask them to charge RF? I never done chargeback before. So please advice.

Registerfly.com have not replied to a support ticket i filed over 8 months ago lol, so you have no hope with tickets

They used to have a contact number but seem to have taken it from their site

The only option really is a small claims court or a chargeback

Argh - I feel your pain. After the RF accredition fiasco I got all my domains out but not my money. I did get some $$ back -- it was the amount I'd originally paid with paypal. I filed a complaint through paypal and paypal coughed back the cash pretty quickly from RF.

Not sure how you paid but might be worth a shot - if with paypal.

    Good luck!

    So please advice.
Put a value on your time. You'll probably end up jotting it all down to experience.
