Is it a good idea to give out rewards to my clients, for say, being a client for 5 months, etc? I was thinking of sending letters, small prizes, gift cards, etc. to help make a bond with my clients. Also, does anyone here do anything such as this?

I don't think so that would be necessary. To attract new customers give special offers. You can give out a free ipod by choosing a customer randomly. But no need to send it to everyone. Once in a while is enough, on special days.
