Imhosted.com - Anybody know whats going on?
Imhosted went down about 16 hours ago. It was down for about 11 hours and then it had approx. 1 hour uptime. Its been down again for the past 4 hours.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on? Problably some network problem but... can't do much about it.
Anybody else caught up in this mess?

Woohoo ..
I just tried the URL again www.imhosted.com
..and I got a file to D/L ?~???!?! But I can't open it
And they do actualy have a netstatus page elsewhere .
http://www.imhosted.info/netstatus/
For all it's worth , it says almost everything is ok .. just like last week when it was all down on their main Premiere server.
AVOID like the plague ..

I can open the file, but the contents is a few characters which don't make sence.
Everytime you refresh the page http://www.imhosted.info/netstatus/ it shows up new technical difficaults each time.
When I attemp to login the username/password box shows up, the show after that has the following on it:
Sorry for the inconvience!
The root partition on this server is running out of disk space. Cpanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

It says they have 6000 hosting accounts. I suppose this just means domains?? I know hosts who claim 1 domain = 1 client, even if clients have multiple sites etc. So by all tokens, they're not a backyard operator.

Hello,
Too many complaints are being made these days toward ImHosted.com. Seems they've got a serious problem then.
Hope everything will be alright, as they are one of the well known hosts around.
6000 clients is not that much. If you be in business and promote your business you'll get it in approximately a year. Of course with a good business plan and having experts working with you.
Great day !Amir Golestan
