    dediwebspace reseller account experience

    Hi,

    I signup a reseller account w/ dediwebspace and their tech support was very slow in the following

    - personalized default dns
    - URL file-access
    - I also ask them to help us move our sites from other reseller account to their server and follow their instruction to copy the domain/site in their server via cpanel back up.

    I dont know if they have a good tech support service for the reseller accounts.

    They promise 12-24 hours resolve of support tickets and I never experience it for the past 6 days, after the sign up.

    Any feedback from dediwebspace reseller?

    Never had any experience with them but 24 hour resolve time is not that great IMHO. Have you contacted them yet with your concerns?

    thanks for the reply.

    i contacted them via chat & support ticket.
    they never reply again on my support request even online on chat

    i already updated the support ticket and was not yet resolve after waiting for 6 days

    theres new support ticket again today for another issue, still waiting for reply

    Thats insane! On their site they mention a 14-day unconditional money back guarantee. Make sure you take advantage of it if they dont take care of you.

    Im not familiar with them, but there are alot of good hosts here in the forums if you descide to make a switch check out the ad forums and ask around for suggestions..

    What do you mean URL file-access?

    Websites restore should be quick when you upload backup files to the new server.

    It seems to me that you have too many issues right at the beginning.

    If i were you, i would look for a more reliable hosting service provider.

    What do you mean URL file-access?
    Its php include, include file is from URL address.

    I dont know the reason why theres no reply from our support ticket after I update it. Our request is just a simple:

    - default dns in our reseller account with them.
    - php include support

    and transfer our reseller account from other server to their server.

    I email [email protected] few hours ago.

    All our support ticket was submitted to:
    https://www.dediwebspace.com/billing/
    I dont know if theres a bug on their billing/ support software.

    We have a reseller account in your US and UK server with username:
    mktgsnet and bfoicouk

    I sign up for semi-annual reseller account.

    Im waiting David, Dediwebspace CEO to be online in MSN for a chat support and still, cant catch him via chat for the last few days.

    I decided to copy/restore our accounts manually.

    I received an email few minutes ago from: [email protected]
    Advise me that he will resolve all our tickets shortly.

    I advise him also to visit on this thread to explain his side.

    Their statement on dediwebspace site is:

    "Our support comes with a guarantee of a response within an hour and a resolution within four hours. No matter what time of day it is we guarantee that whether its 2AM or 2PM you will receive a response within the hour. Our average answer time for support tickets is 15-30 minutes."

    Until now, our ticket was not yet resolved.

    I decided to cancel our US server reseller account.
    I pay via paypal and get a reply and they advise me that it will take 7-14 days.

    Any advise how to get the refund more faster?
    As far as I know, it can be done within an hour.

    Their statement on dediwebspace site is:
    Well, that's a promise with no specified compensation in case it isn't fulfilled. IMO, it's not really worth the time it takes to read it.

    This is my first time I experienced this problem to a reseller account.

    I dont want to have more problems in tech support and in their management in the future. I decided to cancel UK server account too.

    I don't want to have more problems in tech support in the future.

    I contacted my bank and paypal and ask about the refund.
    Dediwebspace send a refund, I will confirm it with my bank today.
