    When you attempt to manually force the message to deliver, what is the error reported by the mail server?

    If you have ssh or root access to the server; try running the mail command to compose an email.

    What OS does your server have and any control panel installed?

    is nobody mails disabled in the server ??. If it is , it is suggested to compile your php with suexec.

    However the accurate resolution can be provided only if the logs are pasted for the registration mails as there could be other problems as well

    Check if the following setting is turned on in the WHM tweak settings.

    "Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses"

    Try this simple php mail script to see if it is working on your server.

    PHP Code:
    <?
    mail
    ("[email protected]""My Subject""Line 1\nLine 2\nLine 3");
    ?>
