I got a server with FastServers.net a week ago. Since they're a fairly new company, I didn't want to start off putting clients on a server with them, so I instead got a server with them to serve as a primary nameserver.
Since transferring DNS is very delicate and has the potential to put many clients in the dark, I kept constant communication with FastServers during the move. They answered all of my questions, helped me with problems, and assisted in the move with speed, professionalism, and patience. Even late at night my tickets were being answered within an hour.
I can't really speak about their uptime as I have only been with them for a week, but the network hasn't had any problems yet. I had been monitoring their network for around a month prior to signing up as well.
I was uneasy going with them at first because of how new they were, at least to the WHT scene, but when I get my next server, it will be with confidence.
I have no doubt that if they can keep their service as good as it is right now, they will eventually become one of the major players in the dedicated server market.

to please provide some useful feadback and more information to the benefit of the reader as to your experience and why you have come to your view of fastservers. So, if you are only going to bitch every time fastservers is mentioned I don't think your words are going to count for much.
With all due respect, its not fair to Fastservers or other WHT members that you contribute with such negative feedback on a host, and then refuse to give us the background information, to judge if your complaints really are valid.
Please elaborate on your comments on Fastservers, or refrain from badmouthing them -- that's only reasonable.
