I wouldn't worry about any until it hits where I live, when it does I will say "Holy Sh*t We are F&*#$D", but until then no worries.

But then here is the thing:
1) I have a 99% chance of no longer living when it hits (you never know).
2) If the human race is still existing at the time, people will be doing target practices with future weapons on asteroids & stars.
3) Most likely a more dangerous asteroid will hit Earth before this one does.
