I am looking for a Company that can manage Windows based servers & VPS with Plesk and HELM control panel.

Need a company that meets the following requirements

* Been in business for 2+ years
* Support is based in US and not in some other country
* Can respond to support tickets within 10-15 mins
* Can read, write and speak English well
* Has good knowledge of Windows servers and Virtuozzo VPS
* Can handle Level 1,2 and 3 support

We've got good experience with Windows servers and Virtuozzo VPS, but we are located in India.
