I'd recommend contacting your credit card company about this - they can stop future charges and perhaps even get your money back.

Ask your bank for assistance (they can refuse further charges from them), and do keep records of all your communication with the host. You may need them now or in the future.

My best advice to give you todo is a charge back for the previous month. I am not sure if you'll be able to get the first month back but you can try asking your bank.

You always just call the card comp and tell them to stop it. Chargebacka can take 6 weeks or more. Also, I guess it is not through paypal? If so, cancel the payments in your paypal account.

Ahh glad to see that you have got it sorted out. But too bad that it took two months and you had to post it in public to get their attention.

    Good luck.
