IncognitoNetworks... [[[billing issue]]]
SINCE OCTOBER 2007 I HAVE REPETEADLY AND clearly INFORMED INCOGNITONETWORKS -now apparently owned by SPRINTSERVE-
THAT I NO LONGER WANT ANY HOSTING/RESELLER SERVICE
AND TRIED TO TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM...
GUESS WHAT....
They are still charging my credit card ... TWO months now...
PLEASE AVOID THIS PEOPLE...
i have enough trouble with them for all of us...

I'd recommend contacting your credit card company about this - they can stop future charges and perhaps even get your money back.

My best advice to give you todo is a charge back for the previous month. I am not sure if you'll be able to get the first month back but you can try asking your bank.

You always just call the card comp and tell them to stop it. Chargebacka can take 6 weeks or more. Also, I guess it is not through paypal? If so, cancel the payments in your paypal account.

Finally I received mail from SPRINTSERVE... guest this forum ROCKS!!! : - account terminated and 2-months cashback (yet to see on my credit card - i'm in Lima-Peru).
Finally this ordeal is over..
