Hi,

I'm planning to host about 10 websites, most of them will be developed on Dotnetnuke (latest version). The most important issue is the speed of the web sites. The pages need to be opened fast. The target audience is located in Istanbul/Turkey, therefore I think the EU-based companies will be better for my requirements.

Any help & recommendation is appreciated.

Most hosts will be fine for you - nothing special is really needed. Try looking at the offers section for windows based hosting.

There are other factors that are going to affect your page loads as well. The facility used and carriers for instance. I'm going to follow this thread and hopefully you get some good input re your locale question. I'm not familiar w/ any data centers in the UK, but you should get some input back there.

Try and get a dedicated application pool and a high performing MSSQL server as DNN's tend to be notoriously slow loading. Pre-compile and set debug to false in the web config too. There is some great hosting in the UK with Windows shared and VPS plans available.
