question regarding 1and1 SSL
Hi,
1and1 is selling geotrust premium SSL certs for 49$/year which is a very good price , so I ordered one for my site , but when geotrust issued the certificate I saw it is valid for 60 months , 1and1 says they charge 49$/year and it is annually , so what if I want to cancel my certificate after 1 year ? would they charge for all of 5 years ?
Regards

If you signed up for the 1 year SSL plan, then no they can't charge you. If you signed up for 5 (payable by year) then yeah they can. Best bet is to contact 1and1 direct.
