    * bad hosting company

    Hello;

    I purchased before 24 hours a small shared hosting, so It work fine!!

    but before 5 hours my site is down, and I can't explore it and I can't connect to ftp client and even login to Cpanel!!!

    I send them a message and they didn't answer to me!!

    What should I do?

    How long ago did you contact them?

    Is it possible you were doing some changes and their firewall blocked you?

    they are from Canada, and maybe now is before morning in canada!!

    Might check and see if you can find an alternative form of contact if you are really worried, search through their contact page, support pages and forums if they have them.

    What is your website domain? See if someone here can connect to it, that way we'll be able to tell if its a problem with the host or if they have just banned you.

    How I can resolve my problem, I can't go to Cpanel, and I resolve before my domain to:
    ns3.vexxhost.com
    ns4.vexxhost.com

    but I don't what's the problem and the solution!

    The problem is on their end and not much you can do about this.

    ns3.vexxhost.com
    ns4.vexxhost.com

    Neither are responding to ping requests let alone DNS. So as a result no domains pointing to them are going to work.

    I assume you've tried calling them? 1-888-288-7279

    Whois saying " Domain Name: EBDA33.COM - Created on: 31-Dec-07 - Last Updated on: 01-Jan-08 "

    DNS can take 24 to 72 hours in extreme cases.

    One concern I would have is the inability to contact someone.

    That is why we ALWAYS have posted our phone number, 800 number and email contacts, clearly on our contact page. But they rarely get used as we usually answer our help desk within 15 minutes.

    When I look at doing business with a company for the first time, I look for a clearly posted contact method. If they are hiding it then I typically stop looking.

    When you make DNS changes it can take 24-48 hours to propagate.

    Guys when the OP made this topic ns3.vexxhost.com and ns4.vexxhost.com were not responding to DNS requests as they were actually down. So it was not a DNS propagation issue at all. It appears vexxhost has fixed both of them and they are now responding again.

    So to answer the OP's question the problem was with vexxhost.com ns3 and ns4 dns servers being down. They were not serving DNS requests so obviously the site was not going to work when you accessed it via domain. This was quite clear when using sites like dnsstuff.com and iptools.com which are not storing cached results.

    I'm seeing ebda33.com. I do use OpenDNS for my DNS server if that makes any difference.

    PHP-Nuke site in Arabic(?)
