I have a VPS and need a YouTube clone script to work. I've done all I can and uploaded the script, but video thumbnails and the videos aren't displaying/playing (after the upload). I've pulled out just about as much hair as I'm willing to, thank you very much. This needs mp3 and video to work.

LAME MP3 Encoder (http://lame.sourceforge.net)

System is running: CentOS v5 (4 or 5)
