We are looking to take on some support staff to monitor our live chat and tickets all the time. We would rather hire one person in the US and one in the UK who are already working from home/always connected, but just want a little extra.
We're seriously looking at maybe 10 tickets a month, but increasing as we grow. We have little money to put into this, but feel it's important. Really all it requires is someone to run the trio live software (and leave it in the background) and to also check their email regularly, then reply. Thats why someone with a job from home/on the net already would be perfect.
OK, the above is a pretty bad offer, but as we grow we aim to expand into a much bigger host, have full time employees, some whom take a direct cut of profits etc, like a partnership. But thats the future, this could always lead to that.
