    NetSOL Support and transfer

    hi

    im trying to transfer a domain from NetSOL to Namecheap.com from 30 days, but wiz no luck, i sent 3 emails to NetSOL asking them but they never replay

    any one know what to do

    Call them. And keep calling and keep writing and keep attempting to transfer.

    You should not email NetSol - just ask NameCheep to start the transfer. You should get an email from NetSol asking you to say (YES) to the transfer. You might have to do this a few times.

    If you need support, try NameCheep's - no idea if they are any good, but can't be as bad as NetSols.

    is there any official place we can complain on, i found that im not they only one, there are thousands of NetSOL victims

    ICANN.org is the only official place to complain about a registrar - however they already tens of thousands of complaints against NetSol, so they are not likely to help you much...

    You can always contact the BBB in your area, however read the disclaimer above.

    You could try to find and join in a class action suit against them - however it won't help you to transfer your domain.

    Sorry for not providing a real bright points here...
