    Little CSS help...

    Hey all...

    I was currently writing up some CSS to go with my site... and i am having a bit trouble with something...

    What i WANT to do is: Make a hover over menu that is transparent (to a certain %) In other words, when you hover over, say, About Us, i want to a partially transparent menu to drop down with options under it...

    this is what i have for an image change - but im lost from here:

    #nav li.about a:hover {
    background:url('images/about_on.jpg') top no-repeat;
    }

    #nav li.contact a:hover {
    background:url('images/contact_on.jpg') top no-repeat;
    I have the hover working to another image - but as i said, i need a partially transparent menu to drop down.

    All help is appreciated. Thank you.

    Is this a real command

    li > ul {
    top: auto;
    left: auto;
    }
    if it is : i never knew that you could have li > ul.

    Thanks again bear.
