Why do people ask pre-sales questions at WHT? Why don't you ask the LT Sales Department? They will have accurate answers for you...

Thank you for your reply
My friend I trust the people here in WHT they will give me a good advice better than the company
If you want to buy a service from a company, do you ask the company if their service is good? No because they always say they are the best … so you ask who have use their services if they are what they are saying and then you try them

Your initial questions weren't exactly seeking an opinion regarding the accuracy of LT staff or their service. It was specific questions regarding what could be a private agreement between you and them.
What ever they agree to in a contract with anyone else, doesn't mean you automatically get the same.
In any case, 1/4 rack for $400 seems steep.

its 1/2 rack for $400 and thats not steep at all. to the topic starter as it says on the site, the power is included and the bandwidth is however many servers you add * their bandwidth allocation.
so if you add 6 servers with 2000gb, thats 12000gb total bandwidth "aggregate"

You weren't asking for opinions. You were asking questions that have factual answers that are best answered by LT.

Of course its not an actual 1/4 rack that you can put servers into yourself... this doesn't really belong in the colocation forum even.

Well, it looks like they physically relocate the servers into a space containing JUST your severs so that they can plug in all yor servers to the one switch.
Or, they might have the dedicated switch in some rack some where and run CAT5 X-Conn from all the servers to the switch.
Either way, $400/mo might seem a bit steep but overall I guess its justifiable if it will really help your business.
But remember that then again, it might be a hassle to create and monitor your own MRTG graphs and such because LT says you will only billed for bandwidth on the router port, so they would only measure the bandwidth on the port and not on the switch's individual ports.
