Red face not happy about this verizon user dns situation

i have been informed, more than once, that people who are connecting to the internet using their verison wirelesss card are NOT able to access my websites when using the www.

i have checked this a few times. ive been to my neighbors house and verified this! most of these users naturally use the www, although i normally dont.

what could be causing this? yes i checked all the usual suspects

Are your ns records set correctly? Paste the zone file for one of the domains here. Don't change any hostnames or else we won't be able to help.

well, one of them is www.westernwisconsinmagazine.com and keep in mind that where we are, there are only two internet providers so lots of people have verizon cards

ns records,,,, well, they are the same as they ever were (attached)

ive heard of this being the other way around, but never when you type in the www.

dnsreport has no complaints, except for Open DNS Servers (add "recursion no;" to named.conf under Options category)

You may want to try making www an A record instead of cname

Hey Somerset, you should shoot out a magazine my way (I'll pay for it :-P) to Waukesha County. I'm assuming you don't sell magazines out in my eastern part of the state do ya?

    This is highly OT :p
