Talking

Ecommerce Customer Service

Hello Fellow Forum Members

Just a quick question. I would like some info on a good ECommerce company based strickly on customer service availibility and support. Rates and tech info I already have but I've since learned that I would rather pay a little higher price for better customer service when it comes to anything related to computers. LOL

Phone support vs- forum support and so on.

Thank you so VERY much for any info.

Hi Seybold,

Are you looking for a company to develop your ecommerce website? or only to support it?

both! LOL I just want it to work and I want good customer service. I run an NPO that is growing faster than I can keep up with so I don't have alot of time to deal with this time of stuff but I've had terrible like with web designers and so forth so I've being doing alot of the interent stuff myself. Really, I just want to write the check and know I can pick up the phone and issues will get resolved. LOL

Hi Seybold,

What type of ecommerce site do you have? Do you use a shopping cart or buy now buttons?

If the ecommerce component isn't too sophisticated, you won't need an ecommerce specialist, really, just a good web development company-which should be easier to find.
