Maybe its just me, but a name like 'Geek rack' doesn't really sound like something I would want to invest in. I don't know about their service but the name definitely will put me off.

Geekrack.net has been having trouble with their support ticket software the last day or so. It appears to be working again, or was about an hour ago.

Personally, I don't care what a company name is, as long as they provide great service.
