    Rsync Question

    Hi

    When backing up a given directory using rsync when i run this command:

    rsync -avz -e ssh

    it appears this will backup all new files since my last rysnc? Please confirm.

    yes the command Synchronize current directory with remote one based on time Stamp. You can have a look at this cheat sheet , to formulate your rsync command better
