Cpanel backup advice appreciated!
We're changing servers without root access at our old host and so I was planning on making backups up each of my clients cpanel accounts one by one and then restoring at new server. I figured I would simply login to whm and open every cpanel account to be backed up in a new tab from the list accounts screen in whm and then go down the line creating backups one by one.....
Unfortunately this just created backups of the root cpanel account.....as that is the account I was logged in as and it looks I will have to log into eachindividual client cpanel account, one by one, in order to make backups. Am I on point with this? The problem is that I obviously don't have my clients' passwords which means we will have to track everyone down to get their password.... which will take a bit of work and time. Is there another way or something I'm missing? Again, we don't have access to the root... http://forums.cpanel.net/images/smilies/frown.gif Any feedback appreciated!!!

I was able to get it to not keep backup up the root... the issue is if you open various account cpanel directly from WHM it will keep backing up the root folder as opposed to if you navigate to each cpanel account from within the cpanel top bar, then you are able to backup appropriate accounts..... thanks!
