I've just completed another hosting template

Main color is red, but if you like other colors, I've put two quick examples for blue and green.

It's an auction. Bidding starts at $250. Buy it now price is $350. BIN price will NOT be lowered if the design is not sold. So, if you like the design, don't wait! Bidding ends when someone offers $350, or after two weeks. If anyone offers the BIN price, s/he will get the design, first come first serve! This template will be on sale in other forums after one week, if no one offers $350 here.

What you will get is the layered PSD file. If you require coding, I'll code it for an additional $100. One page and one (or two) subpage, valid XHTML and CSS.

The design is not sold before, and won't be sold again. You will get full owner/reseller rights.

Nice design, but I'm confused. Is this an auction or not? You say the minimum bid is $250, however if no one bids the BIN price, then you won't sell it? Are you saying that there's a reserve? or am I reading that wrong?

How do you conclude that? If nobody bids, he won't lower the BIN. If somebody bid, he will honor their bid. Whomever bids $350 wins and ends the auction. If nobody bids the BIN, the auction will end in two weeks.

That's pretty clear, I think.
