You advertise the latest cpanel and you're definitely not using the latest cpanel or the latest phpmyadmin. I have requested a refund for your false advertisement through paypal. You promise a free domain, yet you're no where to be found. Even the people in your support forums are complaining that no tickets are being answered.

I'd like a refund ASAP, I have began the process with paypal.
