Hi i was wondering what should i get to run proxy sites...semi dedicated or dedicated?

Either one should do fine, depending on how many you wish to run.

You may start with a semi but later on, depending on traffic, you'll eventually move to a dedicated.

I suggest you start out small and when you need need more space go with a dedicated.
