I have shutdown a good portion of my web servers and only have 1 left.. this one has been online/deployed now for 4 years..

Anyway.. I have an interest in doing my own VOIP service (just private.. not for resale) and so I'd be willing to trade the rest of the resources/bandwidth on the server for someone setting up and running Asterisk and or a VOIP to Pap2 deployment..

This could be considered a long term deal.. as I need voip service indefinitely..
