Approximately 10 minutes ago, I have been unable to access my domain.

When I ping it, the request timed out. I also cannot connect via FTP to my account.

This was fine prior to 10 minutes ago. Anyone facing the same issue?

Have you contacted downtownhost?

They may just be performing a reboot...

I would suggest you to contact them. May be it may be just you. Something like a firewall issue.

downtownhost.com is loading fine for me. What is your site?

I can confirm the same thing on my end but it could also be because they are located on different servers.

jk_register, I think you should contact your host first when you have some issues like this. These guys have an excellent support and will update you pretty soon.

loads like a rocket for me.

most likely your ftp hammered the server and server security jumped on your ip.

easily fixed.

Not sure why it is down but Sebestian replied to say that he is working on it and it was up pretty soon enough. =)

So I am quite satisfied with that. Not sure about the reason though but it is probably not my firewall.
