    See these kids

Right see these kids who live up the road they keep on whistling.
They whistle non stop and it's getting annoying.

Kids they should all be put away although there are good ones but these days most of them are in some way bad.

I well there very good at whistling..
There like a sappy gang and there's this big field over from my house and they sit over there all day and whistle.

There like teenage girls and boys..
A very strange gang because there are people from all ages like from 6 year old to 16 year old.

Close your windows then. If you can still hear them 'whistling' then I don't think they're actually whisting.

My nieghbors across the street like to play music outside all weekend long. From Friday to Monday. Loud. The same CD, over and over. ABBA. Sometimes, Pasty Cline. Once, it was Queen.
I hated their choice of music, but didn't say anything.
This summer, they started playing a parody CD (normally I like parody movies, music, ect). This CD contain such vile language and vivid descriptions of the most disgusting acts. All done in Country music style, which I dislike immensely. While I am sure even the song titles will be ****d out, I'll attempt to give you one of them, so you might be able to get an idea how nasty this CD is. "Finger F***ing Sally" Another title had seriously defametory racial words.
Anyway, Like I said, they play it outside their house, and this was so loud I could hear it from inside my house with the windows closed. I came running out to find the source of this violation of my ears, to discover it was those neighbors.
I called the police and told them, I don't care what people listen to, but when they are playing songs that contain the words (I told them a few examples) where children walking down the street can hear, it is time for headphones.
    The police came fast.
The music changed back to ABBA, and I sighed.

The moral is: Be glad those kids are only whistling.

    No whistling involved, either.

    Key words: head phones

I myself, own the South Park CD, but I don't play it so that the neighbors or kids can hear it.

    Hey, I was wondering:
Ned, you start more threads that any regular human being can cope with; my question is: do you even run a hosting company or, say, at least own your web site?

Actually, it doesn't really matter if you don't; it's just that in that case I wonder how you decided that you would post your rants on WHT. Is the grass greener in this area of the Internet, or do we look like a group quite open to rants?

    Whistling?

Would you rather they smoked? Took drugs? Vandalised cars? Sprayed graffiti? Started fires? Me thinks not

As for noisy neighbours, the people who live behind me listen to chinese TV, only they turn the volume up so everyone can hear it! With all the windows open, most of the street can hear kung-fu movies

Ned simply needs to grow up, go out on a date, rejoin (or join) the real world.

Ah, a great advantage of living out in the country. I can have the sound system in our shed cranked and feel it in the house 100m away, but the nearest neighbours can just faintly hear it
