I have 2 adult video sharing sites on 2 seperate servers and is currently looking for someone to assist me optimise the running of the servers.

I doubt there is much work required as I have not really done any thing to the servers and they are pretty much running on its own. Its just that the site slows to a crawl after a while as more videos are added and surge in visitors. I would probably need someone to optimise the apache, mysql etc on a regular basis to get my site load faster.

I have absolutely no idea of running a dedicated box and I am a total IT idiot. Its just that my sites requires the resources of a dedicated server and I was left with no choice but to opt for that. I do not have a huge budget as the sites are not as profitable. Anyone who is willing to work on this on a long term basis with reasonable charges, do let me know. I am looking for companies who is really into such management and not freelances. Preferably the company would have experience in dealing with video sharing sites - youtube clones.

forgot to add that I am on direct admin and centOS.

Budget is around $50 for both servers.

Both is running on quad cores Q6600. One with 4gb ram 20mbps uplink dedicated. One is 2gb ram 2000gb bw with 100mbps uplink.

CentOS 5 - 32bit
directadmin 1.31.0
MySQL client version: 5.0.45
