I'd like to chime in, while we are way out of your budget. I will strongly advise you increase it and go with rack911. I am not going to go into specifics but if you want something done properly then you should be prepared to pay for it, not even sure why Steven offers it so cheap but well take it while you still can.

Theres several "leagues" if you like between the average mangement company and then the ones who are going to give you the best possible setup for your forum.
