24/7 outsource support required
We are currently seeking a company to provide our clients with 24/7 hosting support.
We have both resellers and dedicated server clients.
We are also interested in 12 hour plans to for 9pm - 9am (uk) support.
Any recommendations?

I can say Nakul at Gr8support has much improved lately, give him a message.
I know Peerless Machines had something like that, but, I wouldn't recommend them. I don't like Nick's attitude or professionalism.
